Youth Group: This group is for those in 6th-12th grade, generally meeting Sundays from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Sunday night youth group is a mix of games, activities, lessons, and service projects, helping with our youth program, email pastoramanda@cumethodist.com.

CU Wednesdays (Midweek Groups)

CU Wednesdays includes dedicated groups for students in 6th–12th grade, meeting Wednesdays from 6:00–7:00 p.m. during the school year.

Club 6–7 (6th–7th grade): A space for middle schoolers to explore what faith looks like in friendships, school, and everyday choices. 

Confirmation (8th grade): The word “confirmation” means to “make firm or stronger.” Through a yearlong journey with mentors, students are encouraged to claim their faith, explore what it means to follow Jesus’ message, and find their identity within the community of the church.

Connect (9th–12th grade): High school students gather weekly for conversation and community, exploring identity, belonging, and purpose with sharing and reflection in a respectful, curious space. 

Mission and Service

Appalachia Service Project: This is a group for those completing 8th-12th grade. Members travel to the Appalachia region for a week of relational ministry, making homes warmer, safer, and drier. The 2026 trip will take place from June 20 to 29. They meet about 6 times during the school year for training, group building, and fundraising. Adults are welcome to join as volunteers.
