We invite you to our annual church conference meeting, which will be on Sunday, February 2, 2025, following our two worship services. The meeting begins with a community potluck meal, and this year’s theme is Groundhog Day so bring your favorite winter or spring dish to cast your vote for whether we’re in for a long winter or an early spring. 

We’ll begin our annual meeting work at 12:30 p.m.  During the meeting, we will elect new leaders, receive reports from the leadership board and ministry groups, and attend church business that furthers our mission and fosters an inclusive, vibrant, healthy, ethical, and sustainable church. Our annual meeting is a church conference, which means church members are able to vote on all matters. Childcare will be available.
